How can I register to become a Premium Member of GuitarJamz website?
Our registration process is quite simple. Simply click on the register link located on the top right corner of the website and choose the membership plan that suits your needs best. Create your user name and password & you are almost done. You will be redirected to another page to make your payment. Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email from the website with yourlogin details. (Please check your Bulk or SPAM folders if you do not receive the email within 1 hour. Occasionally automated emails such as this are blocked by Internet Providers.)
Do you automatically charge my credit card again?
No, Only you decide if you want to renew your subscription at Guitar Jamz. Before your account expires you will receive an email informing you of your upcoming membership expiration date. Or you can simply click on the "Renew Now" button placed in the User Menu at any time.
I have paid for the subscription plan but when i tried to login it says account blocked?
Occasionally when payment is processed the information sent to Paypal my payment processor is delayed. If you cannot log in please click the contact link from the top menu and I will manually activate your membership promptly. I know you want to start rocking right away!
I accidentally paid twice for the same subscription plan. What can I do?
Please click the contact link from the top menu with your full name and email address used, I will confirm double payment and process your refund promptly.
I have forgotten the username or the password of my account. What can I do?
Please send me your full name by clicking on the contact link from top menu, please put the following text in the message subject field "Forgot Username/Password" and I will get you back up and running right away.
